Each session Joanne will use her expertise and sense of humor to bring out your inner-child as you work through the Yoga Pretzels to help you build fun and interesting sequences to address the needs of children in a multitude of settings. Each session will be a combination of lecture and movement.

300hr YogaBloom® Advanced Teacher Training Certification is Yoga Alliance approved for Registered Yoga Teacher certification at 500RYT levels. Yoga Bloom was developed with an appreciation and desire to honor the wisdom and breadth of the spiritual tradition of Yoga. It is important to carry on tradition and provide an opportunity for yogis to practice and share the extraordinary teachings in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Seasonal Vinyasa Yoga describes Melina Meza’s artistic style of teaching asana and seasonal daily rituals. This unique workshop emphasizes the importance of sequencing and adapting dietary approaches, cleansing techniques, daily rituals and lifestyle routines to better synchronize with the seasonal changes occurring in the natural world. Students will learn relevant philosophy applicable to today’s lifestyle, seasonal practices to harmonize actions with nature, specific alignment principles to strengthen the body’s inherent tendencies toward seasonal imbalances and practical tools about how to weave together these principles into a practical daily life routine.

This is for teachers Yoga Teachers, Yoga Teachers in training, Bodyworkers, Doulas and Midwives, those pregnant or planning on getting pregnant and anyone involved with pregnant women who want to teach a safe and effective on- going prenatal yoga class. A certificate to teach prenatal yoga will be awarded at the end of the workshop. Upon registration you will receive confirmation, lodging, directions, etc.

Theresa Murphy, eRYT-500, is the senior Prajna Yoga instructor under Tias Little and his dedicated student since 2001. Her style and approach to teaching is unique, a playful blending of classical alignment, with a myriad of yoga asana disciplines and traditions incorporating yogic and Buddhist philosophy, deep body work, mind training, chanting and anatomy study.
It’s that time of year! It’s time for the Savannah Yoga Center Charity Calendar.
The theme this year is low country waterscapes, highlighting some of the most beautiful views of the low country marshland and rivers. As always the beautiful environments will include some of Savannah Yoga Center’s teachers doing yoga.
This is our 2nd annual charity calendar and this years proceeds will go to Liam’s Land Organization for Lymphatic Malformation Research.
No refunds are available. However, if cancellations are made at least 10 days prior to the workshop date, then fee may be transferred to other workshops or classes. All cancellations/transfers will be charged a $25 administration fee.
